How We Build Your Software
Discovery and Scoping
We start with a conversation about what your organisation actually needs the software to do — not what features you think you should ask for. We map the problem, identify who will use the system and how, surface the constraints (existing tools, compliance requirements, internal approvals), and define what "done" looks like. This is the step most agencies skip, and it is the step that determines whether the build solves the right problem.
Proposal
You receive a written proposal with a defined scope and a fixed timeline. Not a ballpark, not a range, not "it depends." If the scope changes later because the project evolves, we re-scope in writing before the work changes. No surprises.
Build
Development happens in structured sprints. You see working software at regular intervals, not a final reveal after weeks of silence. If something is heading in the wrong direction, we catch it early because you are looking at the real thing, not a static design mock-up. Communication runs on WhatsApp, video call, and shared environments — same-day replies, direct access to the developers.
Testing and QA
Before anything goes live, we test across devices, browsers, and the edge cases your users will actually hit. For systems with sensitive data, this includes security testing, role-based access verification, and compliance checks against the requirements defined in scoping. If it breaks in testing, it gets fixed before delivery, not after.
Delivery
The system goes live. We handle deployment, DNS, SSL, environment configuration, and the launch-day checks that make sure everything works outside of a staging environment. Your team gets a walkthrough and documentation so they can operate the system on day one without calling us for every small question.
Support
Post-launch support is included in every build. After that window closes, ongoing maintenance and support retainers are available for organisations that want us to keep the system updated, monitored, and extended as the business evolves. The system is built so you can bring in any developer to maintain it — you are never locked to us — but most clients stay because the relationship works.

Security and compliance are not a final checklist before go-live. They are architectural decisions made during scoping and enforced throughout the build:
